Secure student account setup: SOS uses a secured Supabase server function to create accounts only for student records that do not yet have a linked login. It generates an initial password for each account, assigns the protected student role, links the account to the official record and class, and downloads a one-time CSV. Keep the CSV private and distribute each student's credentials privately. The original password cannot be retrieved later; an authorized account manager can issue a replacement temporary password.

About this build

SOS sign-in and role profiles use Supabase. Student records, attendance, uniform inventory, Learning Hub and the AI endpoints have different connection and permission requirements; other modules may still contain demo or planned functionality. Use fictional test data during development.

Staff account management

Create authorized logins for school staff.
Admin only
Only the SOS administrator can issue accounts. Enter the staff member's real email and choose their role. SOS will create a temporary password and show it once; share it privately. The staff member must change it after signing in. Administrator privileges cannot be granted from this form.
New credentials are shown once and are not saved in the page after you leave.
